Claves para entender como estudiar la Biblia

La Biblia, la gran revelación de nuestro gran Dios

La Biblia es el Bestseller No.1 de todos los tiempos. Fue el primer libro que se imprimió en 1448 con la imprenta de Gutenberg . Se han vendido 5 mil millones de copias en todo el mundo y ha sido traducida en más de 2 mil idiomas.  

Es un libro único, inspirado por Dios.  Son las palabras de Dios mismo, su aliento de vida.

La Biblia es relacional, viva, activa y cambia nuestras vidas.

Debemos leerla para:

1.  Conocer a su autor y aprender a adorarle

2.  Obedecer lo que nos dice a través de ella

Por su naturaleza divina no es un libro común. Al estudiarlo debemos orar al Espíritu Santo  por iluminación y mantener un balance entre entender quién es Dios y obedecer su palabra

Dos características de la Biblia importantes:

1.  Es una colección de 66 libros escritos por 40 autores distintos. Tiene cinco tipos de géneros literarios. Todos los libros se entrelazan y su tema central es la redención de Dios hacia la humanidad a través de nuestro señor Jesucristo.

2. Es una colección de escritos antiguos escritos a la audiencia de esos tiempos. La Biblia fue escrita por el Creador a su creación.. Es importante entender el contexto en que fue escrito cada libro para interpretarlo de manera correcta. Sin embargo es un libro actual, cuyas enseñanzas se adaptan a todos los tiempos.

Claves para su comprensión:

1. Un estudiante efectivo de la Biblia debe decidir que es la verdad. Nos cambia, nos transforma y  corrige.  (2 Timoteo 3:16)

2. Debemos decidir acercarnos a la palabra de Dios en sus propios términos. En ella vamos a tener gozo, paz y a encontrar propósito. (Salmo 119:33-36), (2 Timoteo 2:15)

3. Debemos ser hacedores de la Palabra. Estudiar la Biblia no es un deporte para espectadores,  es una actividad diaria y minuciosa. (2 Timoteo 2:15)

Es increíble que tengamos la revelación de Dios en nuestras vidas a través de su Palabra.
